Infractions and red cards by players and non-players are addressed per the SABR Discipline Chart. Offenses are reviewed and penalized guided by to the chart below. A rules committee reviews each offense and administers judgment in conformance with the US Soccer Referee Abuse Prevention Penalty Summary.
