It is mandatory for referees to ensure each goal is properly secured, often with sandbags, and to secure any unused goals near spectators. If you need help, ask coaches, SABR Administrators, or parents. If no solution is found, have coaches contact the City at 561-347-3950. Do not allow a game to start without secured goals, as unsecured goals pose a safety risk.
Coaches are responsible for moving goals when instructed by referees. Referees should only move goals to adjust post positions on the goal line.
