Step onto the Field in a Whole New Way
SABR, in partnership with Florida Soccer Referees (FSR), is recruiting Futures Referees — a new program for players ages 11–13 (birthdays between Nov 1, 2011 – Nov 1, 2014) who are not yet old enough to be certified referees.
This is your chance to learn, earn, and grow in the game before becoming a certified referee at age 14.
How It Works
- Role: Serve as Assistant Referees (line judges) for U9 & U10 games.
- Schedule: Saturdays during the season.
- Support: Each game has a certified referee and sideline mentor.
- Pay: $15 per game now — and $23+ per game once certified at age 14.
Why Join?
